At Molly Bracken, we want you to love your contemporary fashion pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items, with these exceptions:

  • Special Occasion Dresses (due to their nature as event-specific items)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or altered items

Important: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our Indianapolis team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Mail your return to our Indianapolis address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the new order qualifies for free shipping.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
